Meet David
After a fascinating career as a documentarian filmmaker, National Geographic photographer and election monitor with The Carter Center, David Evans decided to move into real estate when he realized his love of property had moved from a personal hobby into a genuine passion. After buying and selling three homes with the Mandy and David Team, David knew he wanted to work with the very best.
David reflects his own experiences in real estate back to his clients -- he’s been in their shoes and understands that property is a stepping stone to wealth. A native Washingtonian, David uses his vast knowledge of D.C. to help his clients find their perfect home.
In his spare time, David is an encaustic (hot wax) painter and enjoys traveling to his home in the Venezuelan Andes.
